Our 2025 AGM will be held at 7pm on Thursday 20th November 2025. It will be held in the Spotlight Room at the Wyvern Theatre, Theatre Square, Swindon SN1 1QN. All friends of Swindon Open Studios, venues and current members are invited.

Access is through the main entrance and up the stairs; however there is a small service lift, from the carpark, which the venue has said we can use. if required, please email swindonopenstudios@hotmail.co.uk or tel/message  07754 194670 beforehand to arrange access. 
 

We hope to agree on some minor changes to the constitution.

All roles will be brought to the AGM for consideration and a formal vote.
