Victoria Carter

Victoria was born in Devon where she began her artistic journey with a photography degree from Plymouth.

After moving to Wiltshire she discovered her passion for ceramics. Inspired by the landscapes of her childhood, her work reflects a blend of past and present environments whilst being rooted in the tactile qualities of clay.

Crafted in the intimate settings of her home; Victoria’s pieces are brought to life using simple, everyday tools such as toothbrushes and cutlery. This unconventional approach, combined with a bold use of colour, results in distinctive and expressive art. Large decorative pieces, everyday homewares, samples and seconds will be on display for all to enjoy.
