Lindsay is a contemporary artist whose practice starts with direct observation, working en plein air, responding to shifting light and colour, through intuitive mark-making with energetic brushwork and vivid, layered paint. Using primarily acrylic and lately mixed media, Lindsay explores the tension between representation and abstraction.
