Sally Thain
When creating art, I like to recycle and transform found objects, particularly things that are generally overlooked or discarded.
My latest body of work has been created using beach finds; sea glass, driftwood, plastics and rope.
I also enjoy recycling old books into Bookbabies; dolls made from the pages of a book dressed as a character from the book. Some of these will be on display too, along with sea glass jewellery.
Featured work: Sea plastic embroidery
