Emma Amini

I work with mixed medium and natural pigment oil glaze on canvas, wood, and slate, in a surreal abstract style. Exploring dreams and nightmares, ancient storytelling, and mythology. My process is very instinctive, using the magic that happens when paint hits a surface and channels the subconscious collective mind.

I studied ‘MA’ Drawing for a Fine Art Practice at Oxford Brooke’s and BA hons Sequential Illustration at Bath Uni. I have been working as a professional Artist for over 30 years and have exhibited in various venues in Cyprus and London. I currently own Mams Gallery, teaching Art and running an Art Cafe, showcasing local Artists.

Mams Gallery will be showcasing a few local artists; we will have some Art activities to get involved with on the day. Eastcott Studios has loads for everyone to do too!

The Cafe will be open. Freshly roasted and ground coffee, refreshments, and cakes.
