I make colourful drawings and prints inspired by the garden in which my studio is set. Often combined with details from clothing or objects I am fond of, they take on a lyrical and fantastic aspect that removes them from being pure observation.

 

I am a performance artist, showing internationally in platform events.

 

I have maintained a studio based drawing practice over many years. It is the most private part of my practice and is the art making that gives me the most pleasure, connecting me to my earliest experiences of drawing as a small child. The exhibition will show drawings, prints and collage.
